How many guests can you paint?

My live illustration packages are designed to capture your guests over a set number of hours:

  • 2 hours: up to 20 guests
  • 3 hours: up to 30 guests
  • 4 hours: up to 40 guests

  • 5 hours: up to 50 guests

  • 6 hours: up to 60 guests

How does the process work?

I’ll be seated at a desk, where I create live fashion illustrations on the spot, based on photos I take of your guests when they stop by. We can discuss the best approach together, depending on the style and timing of your celebration.

Once completed, the artworks are displayed on a table for guests to pick up—a one-of-a-kind keepsake from your event. Each piece is carefully painted with watercolours and diamond dust, and comes in a transparent envelope to keep it safe and pristine.

What materials do you use?

I provide high-quality 250–300gsm paper in A5 or A4 size (your choice), along with transparent envelopes and all painting materials.

During the painting process, I apply special techniques such as gold or silver accents and diamond dust, giving each artwork a luxurious finish.

Can every guest be drawn?

From experience, the above time division proves to be a good balance.

Of course, there are always time limitations with live illustrations: not every guest can be drawn, and that’s perfectly fine—some may prefer to skip, or simply enjoy watching the creative process.

If a few guests happen to miss their turn, no problem: upon their request, I can create a few illustrations afterward and send them to the master of ceremonies or the wedding couple.

 

What's your travel fee?

Travel fees for venues within The Netherlands are included. *With the exception of the West Frisian 'Wadden' Islands.

Abroad: Fees TBD once location is known.

What do you need at the venue?

Please provide me with:

  • Work desk and a chair at seat height.

  • I have professional lighting available for the evening.

  • Shaded area if the programme takes place outdoors.

  • not mandatory: decoration for my workplace :-)

What are your rates?

I’d be happy to share my pricelist with you: simply send a request via the form on this page.

Once you approve the quotation, I kindly ask for a 20% deposit to secure your booking.

Do we have style options to choose from?

Besides fashion illustrations, I offer a portraits option as well (faces only), which take around 15 minutes per guest.

You can choose to have your fashion illustrations in black and white, and it’s also possible to customize the paper with a special design or logo.
